Description
Reports to: National Programs Marketing Manager
Position summary: Responsible for data management activities and analysis in support of National Sales and Marketing Programs.
Essential functions:
• Collects, reviews, validates, imports or enters, analyzes, and communicates data related to and in support of National Marketing Programs.
• Works collaboratively with CRM Administrators to establish best practices around data collection, entry, retrieval, and analysis.
• Organizes and merges data from multiple sources.
• Ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the data collection and data entry tools and processes.
• Develops and executes quality control procedures to enhance the integrity of the data, including running regular data quality assurance checks and shares findings.
• Works collaboratively with members of the Sales and Marketing Team toward the goal of effectively using data to positively impact business objectives.
• Works closely with Accounting and Enterprise Software and Data Services to compare and verify data from outside sources.
• Prepares summary statistics, tables and figures for routine reports, presentations, and publications.
Other responsibilities:
• Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Education, experience, and skills:
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, CRM and proficient use of Outlook and Word required.
• Must have strong math and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, time management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as perform as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to assess and adjust priorities as projects or timelines shift.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability and willingness to travel alone.
