Hamilton Relay Team Members use technology in a call center environment to provide telecommunication relay services to individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty speaking.  Calls are relayed verbatim requiring excellent communication skills including clearly speaking, reading, and listening.  A high level of professionalism and the ability to multi-task are attributes that Hamilton seeks in highly qualified candidates. 

We seek candidates with exceptional attention to detail and a typing speed of 35 – 60 words per minute.  Qualified candidates must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be proficient working with computer keyboards, and have a basic understanding of computer terminology.

Due to the nature of the work, Hamilton employees adhere to strict confidentiality standards not only while employed, but also after employment has ended.
