* Position summary: The CRM specialist is responsible for managing the customer relationship management system to improve customer interactions, streamline processes and increase sales and engagement with prospects. This position will execute and optimize CRM campaigns and workflows, such as email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Will work within HubSpot to design, test and launch campaigns, as well as to track and measure results. The CRM specialist will collaborate with marketing team members for content, design, form and web development to create and deliver engaging and personalized customer experiences on Hamilton platforms.
Essential functions:• Designs, tests, and launches campaigns within HubSpot. Will also track and measure results and impact.
• Configure and maintain CRM workflows, forms and reports.
• Will build customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement content aligned with the company’s objectives, target audience and industry trends.
• Creates engaging and impactful content across various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Stays up to date with emerging content marketing trends.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives, including the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Utilizes HubSpot and other project management tools for efficiency including JIRA. Utilizes Adobe Creative Suites, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel for creation and design of marketing materials.
• Assists with the development of internal and external communication.
• Ensure brand consistency and follows Hamilton brand standards.
• Stresses the highest quality of work with strict attention to detail in all work situations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all relevant items, projects, and issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Will work closely with NSC and Relay Marketing Teams, Division Line Managers, Sales and Customer Service Team Members.
Other responsibilities:• Willingness and ability to work outside of or beyond normal hours depending on circumstances, such as deadlines and problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, experience, and skills:• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred or 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar customer relationship management software.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in copywriting.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
