* Position summary: Responsible for leading and managing Hamilton Relay’s Outreach, Marketing and Sales programs and teams. Oversees the development and execution of effective sales and marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the Company’s business objectives.
Essential functions:· Develops, implements, and directs strategic annual sales and marketing plans and budgets consistent with Company goals.
· Oversees the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, events and public relations.
· Responsible for leading all aspects of outreach and sales and marketing, brand positioning, content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, social media, events, sales programs and public relations.
· Responsible for the performance and development of outreach, sales and marketing staff. Regularly coaches and leads team toward results.
· Establishes and manages annual sales and marketing budget. Tracks results to projections.
· Collaborates as a member of Relay Leadership team to define Division goals and align sales and marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
· Maintains relationship with sales channel partners to ensure results consistent with Company goals.
· Responsible for market research activities by existing staff, surveys, focus groups, involvement in national relay activities, external agency contracts, and a variety of other means.
· Leads and evaluates competitive analysis. Considers changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts sales and marketing plan accordingly. Analyzes market trends, competitor activity and technology and informs management of new products/services/features within the industry, the strengths and weaknesses of Hamilton as compared to its competition, and other similar competitive analysis.
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise in executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
· Responsible for understanding all related current FCC rules and regulations and works closely with Hamilton’s counsel, integrating regulatory requirements in marketing and sales programs.
· Cultivates and manages key relationships to identify new business opportunities.
· Works closely with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies effectively communicate product benefits and differentiators, as well to provide customer feedback.
· Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
· Provide regular reports and presentation to senior leadership on sales and marketing performance, challenges and opportunities.
· Monitors and assesses reports of relay service quality from users.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
· Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
· Sets examples for team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
· Plans and organizes effective meetings with agenda, minutes and appropriate follow up.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Preferred education, experience, and skills:· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3-5 years in leadership or management role.
· Strong leadership, communication, public relations, writing and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
· Direct work experience with a Telecommunications Relay Service preferred.
· Communicates fluently through the use of American Sign Language and written English.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
· Strong computer skills, experience with CRM platforms and technology awareness.
· Possess a valid driver’s license and ability and willingness to travel alone.
