* Position summary: Responsible for cultivating and expanding the client base for the company. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and promotes Hamilton cloud, data center and technology solutions to prospective customers. Contributes to company growth and success in a pivotal role within our sales team.
Essential functions:• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cloud and data center sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored cloud and data center solutions.
• Prepare and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and timely closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of our cloud and data center solutions to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Articulate technical concepts in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business code of ethics.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees.
• Actively participates in educational opportunities to increase job knowledge.

Preferred education, experience, and skills:• Four-year degree in information technology, business, marketing, or related field with a proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud and data center solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data center infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with industry-leading cloud platforms and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with technical and product teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Proficient utilization of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point software.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and other sales technologies.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability and willingness to travel independently.
