Essential functions:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Hamilton clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technological requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate the successful implementation of technology solutions by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients during project implementation.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional technology services.
• Proactively recommend solutions to address clients' evolving requirements.
• Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their interests and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and share relevant industry insights.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, project status, and account health.
• Work to ensure high client retention rates through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
• Collaborate with sales teams on contract renewals and expansions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Experience in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred education, experience, and skills:• Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a prior role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with both existing and potential customers.
• Proficient utilization of MS Excel, Word, Power Point software.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and other sales technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess lead quality and optimize outreach strategies.
