Hamilton Telecommunications has a full-time opportunity available for a Sales Development Representative. Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career in sales? The Sales Development Representative acts as a key player in the early states of Hamilton's sales process. This position is responsible for generating and qualifying leads through strategic outreach, engaging potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions in the field of technology sales. This position will be based at the corporate office in Aurora, NE and does have the potential for hybrid work in the future.

Qualifications:

  • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a prior role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Comfortable handling objections and rejections in a positive manner.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and has the ability and willingness to travel independently.
