Hamilton Relay is seeking entry level Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Operators that will be responsible for relaying telephone conversations for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty speaking. Individuals in this position should possess a professional attitude, great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a typing speed of 55 – 60 words per minute. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English and Spanish, be proficient working with computer keyboards and have a basic understanding of computer terminology.
