Hamilton Business Technologies looking for a motivated professional to lead our Low Voltage Wiring Team and help deliver high-quality installations for modern security and telecommunication systems. If you have electrician experience at the apprentice or journeyman level, we’ll provide full training in low-voltage systems—including structured cabling, fiber optics, and network infrastructure.

What You’ll Lead & Learn:

  • Guide and support a team of Low Voltage Wiring Technicians on construction and maintenance projects.
  • Take ownership of major cabling projects—from mapping cable pathways to installing conduit, cable trays, and structured wiring.
  • Help install and terminate fiber optic cabling with hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Plan daily work schedules, coordinate materials, and keep projects on track.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top-quality workmanship.
  • Mentor low voltage technicians, build team skills, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and other contractors to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are available, organized, and properly maintained.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of electrician experience (apprentice or journeyman).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks on tight timelines.
  • Solid communication skills—written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/kneel/crouch for extended periods, and climb ladders or stairs regularly.
  • Good hand-tool skills and the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces).
