Description

Hamilton Telecommunications has a full-time opportunity available for a Grant Development Coordinator. This role involves coordinating and completing Request for Proposal (RFP) and grant applications, as well as performing diverse clerical and administrative functions that support the development of new business and the sales of Hamilton’s products and services. This position can be based at the corporate office in Aurora, NE, work hybrid, or work remotely. This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, or New York.

Qualifications:

  • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a prior role.
  • Proficient utilization of Microsoft applications including Excel, Teams, Power Point, Share Point, and Word. Prefer experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, engage in technical writing, and clearly articulate customer needs.
  • Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality submissions.
  • Strong record keeping and data entry skills.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential grant opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel alone.
