Description
Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define and drive the company’s overall marketing strategy. This role leads and supports the marketing team, playing a critical part in achieving the organization’s strategic goals. The Marketing Manager will also support the development and execution of internal and external communications targeted to employees, residential and business customers, prospective clients, and the broader public.
This is an in-office position working in the corporate office in Aurora, NE.
Key responsibilities include:
- Will oversee and/or lead the marketing efforts for Hamilton’s various business lines and work closely with business line and department managers on the planning, implementation, delivery, and results of strategic marketing plans.
- Will plan marketing launches and work with teams and departments on product development and work with business line managers to coordinate and implement new products and services.
- Ensures marketing projects and plans are being implemented by collaborating with marketing team members to create and prepare materials for various forms of media.
- Provides corporate communications and develops communications strategy, working closely with senior management and division managers to represent and communicate company and business line strategies and initiatives.
- Leads and/or conducts competitive analysis research to ensure business lines remain competitive as it relates to services and prices offered.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred or 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar customer relationship management software.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in copywriting.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
