Description
Hamilton Relay is seeking a full-time Project Manager. The Relay Project Manager leads Relay Project Coordinators while managing a variety of complex administrative and technical work in support of Relay division projects. This role ensures projects are planned, executed, and reported effectively while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
This a remote role open to candidates located in the following states: GA, KS, LA, MD, NE.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise, coach, and support Relay Project Coordinators; manage workloads and deadlines.
- Plan and lead projects, including contract transitions and process optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, milestones, and issue resolutions.
- Track and report project status, budgets, and outcomes to company leadership.
- Support compliance initiatives through documentation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain centralized processes, forms, and knowledge bases.
- Identify efficiencies and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- 5+ years of project management or process improvement experience, preferably in the field of telecommunications relay services.
- Demonstrated management or supervisory experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members effectively.
- PMI certification (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP) a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel independently.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
