Position summary:

Responsible for contract management between Hamilton Relay and multiple state clients. Coordinates and maintains relationships with internal Hamilton departments and multiple layers of external stakeholders including state administrators, regulatory bodies and advisory boards. Oversees the actions of internal and external partners involved to ensure successful contract compliance and completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Essential functions:

  • Maintains a good understanding of states’ needs, contracts and procedures in order to ensure contract compliance.
  • Liaisons with state administrators, regulatory bodies and advisory boards to respond to state and consumer requests and resolves conflicts.
  • Represents Hamilton Relay at various state meetings, provides updates, and interacts on behalf of Hamilton with stakeholders.
  • Provides education and outreach and gives presentations regarding Hamilton Relay’s services as required.
  • Provides constructive feedback to state outreach programs and observes Hamilton Outreach Coordinators in states served.
  • Analyzes, reviews, and approves monthly reports for each state served.
  • Develops professional networks within states served and the relay community.
  • Works as part of the Account Management team and liaises with internal departments as needed to ensure coverage of contracted states served as needed for the company.
  • Organizes and prioritizes multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Manages and develops programs related to areas of expertise.
  • Significant travel required.

Other responsibilities:

  • Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, public relations, marketing, technology, or related area or comparable work experience along with a minimum of three years related experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience in the telecommunications field, Telecommunications Relay Service or Captioned Telephone Service is a strong plus.
Required:
  • Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, analytical, and oral presentation skills.
  • Proficient utilization of MS Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel alone.
