Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking an entry-level Marketing Specialist to work in our corporate office. This is a full-time role and great for someone just starting their career or looking for a career change.

Duties include:

  • Working with and assisting members of the Marketing Team with marketing campaign design, task management and hands-on activities which include in-person events, mailing campaigns, and event coordination.
  • Packing and shipping event materials and maintaining the inventory system for collateral giveaways and display materials.
  • Assisting with the development of internal and external communication; ensuring efficient and effective communication with staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Working with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative suite for the creation and design of marketing materials.

You bring:

  • Experience in coordinating and organizing large projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
  • A hands-on work ethic with great teamwork and organization skills.
