Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking a HR Benefits & Compliance Specialist. This position will oversee day-to-day implementation and administration of all benefit plans.  Will also monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal laws for a variety of HR functions and will be responsible for ensuring all external or internal audits are completed. This is a full-time position based in the Aurora, NE office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred with 1-3 years of HR or compliance experience.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
