Description

Hamilton CapTel has a full-time opportunity available for a Sales Strategy Manager. The Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies for Hamilton Relay to bring captioning services to individuals with hearing loss. Will drive revenue growth potential and achieve business objectives for the company. This is a full-time, remote position. Position is not eligible to be performed in CA, CO, or NY.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, sales strategy, business development, or sales management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Leadership capabilities with a track record of effectively leading and motivating teams.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and has the ability and willingness to travel independently.
