Reports to:  Strategic Relationship Manager

Position summary:  This position combines Sales Support and Project Management skills to organize, document, and support the Sales Team. Serving as the go-to person for information regarding sales initiatives, campaigns and other project work, this position creates an internal support system for the Sales Team and delivers a reliable and regular source of updates and clear communication across interfacing departments within Hamilton Relay.

Essential functions:

• Creates and maintains the Sales Team Calendar including tracking team member travel and time off, sales campaigns/projects, meetings, etc. serving as the point of contact for calendar additions and changes.

• Administrates and documents recurring monthly Project, Account and Team Meetings, proactively producing and distributing agendas, meeting invitations, meeting summaries and action item follow-up notes.

• Collects, reconciles and distributes reports that reflect business results from sales campaigns, events, account visits and special projects.

• Assembles and distributes monthly and quarterly activity Executive Summary reports to Executive Team.

• Responds to requests for sales related data by Data Analyst and various team members.

• Coordinates supply logistics and materials for sales-specific projects.

• Coordinates logistics, data entry submission of demo phones orders and distribution of materials to account offices in support of industry best-in-show installation and staff training.


Other responsibilities: 

• Supports the timely entry of event leads data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as needed.

• Interacts across the Sales Team in group and individual discussions as needed.

• Demonstrates professionalism and integrity in all work situations.

• Some travel required to key meetings, tradeshows and trainings.

• Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.

• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.


Education, experience, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related administrative area with 3 years or more of associated experience.

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills in tandem with elevated organizational and project management abilities.

• Demonstrated skills managing details.

• Knowledge of captioned telephone technology and market, as well as company products/services preferred.

• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• A willingness and ability to travel alone.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
