Description

Hamilton Telecommunications has a full-time opportunity available for a Client Relationship Manager. As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in the technology industry, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding our clients business needs, ensuring the successful implementation of our technology solutions, and serving as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills, ability to cross-sell and up-sell services, and a passion for delivering unparalleled client experiences in the tech sector. This is a hybrid position that is based in the Central Nebraska area and requires travel to the home office in Aurora, NE as well as customer locations in the Central Nebraska area on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a prior role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with both existing and potential customers.
  • Proficient utilization of CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, Power Point software.
  • Eager to expand the company through networking, community outreach and involvement.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
