As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in the technology industry, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding our clients business needs, ensuring the successful implementation of our technology solutions, and serving as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills, ability to cross-sell and up-sell services, and a passion for delivering unparalleled client experiences in the tech sector.

Qualifications:

  • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a prior role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with both existing and potential customers.
  • Proficient utilization of CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, Power Point software.
  • Eager to expand the company through networking, community outreach and involvement.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
