* Position summary: Marketing Coordinator will work as part of the NSC Marketing team to coordinate and implement sales and marketing efforts for selected business lines. Responsible for planning and coordination of the business lines marketing efforts, as well as review and analysis of content and strategy for business lines to ensure marketing efforts are effective and driving results. Strategy development, planning, and publishing relevant content based on the company’s business objectives. Will identify the best ways to produce engaging content through the most effective platforms, with the goal of generating leads and new sales. As part of that work, will continuously test and evaluate marketing strategies and efforts. Will work closely with the sales, marketing, and business line teams to plan and implement strategic campaigns through various media sources including digital, video, print, direct marketing, direct sales efforts, radio and more. Assists Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities and efforts as assigned for Hamilton’s diverse business lines.
Essential functions:• Leads marketing efforts for selected business lines.
• Completes projects within the designated time constraints. Leads projects to implement marketing plans by collaborating with marketing team members to create and prepare materials.
• Performs research and collects information about different types of customer personas being targeted in order to develop the most effective strategy for content implementation and development. Will gain in-depth knowledge of personas and consumer thoughts and trends.
• Reviews and analyzes performance in order to recommend strategic changes to content and planning.
• Tracking and calculating ROI and other KPIs for both content and campaigns for business lines.
• Assists with plan strategy and content for campaigns and regular materials and ensures that content and delivery of content meets business objectives.
• Utilizes CRM and project management tools for efficiency including HubSpot, Oracle Engagement Cloud and JIRA. Utilizes Adobe Creative Suites, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel for creation and design of marketing materials.
• Assists with the development of internal and external communication; ensures efficient/effective communication with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Conducts competitive analysis research as it relates to content, SEO key words and strategy.
• Conducts research on potential new service and/or product offerings.
• Stresses the highest quality of work with strict attention to detail in all work situations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all relevant items, projects, and issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Will work closely with NSC and Relay Marketing Teams, Division Line Managers, Sales and Customer Service Team Members.

• Willingness and ability to work outside of or beyond normal hours depending on circumstances, such as deadlines and problems.
Education, experience, and skills:• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating and organizing large projects.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
• Experience with customer relationship management and project management software tools, Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
