Description

Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join an established Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator supports the NSC Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing initiatives across assigned business lines. This role develops and delivers strategic, results-driven content across multiple channels to generate leads and support sales, while continuously evaluating and optimizing marketing efforts. The position collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and business line teams and assists the Marketing Manager with campaign planning and execution across digital, print, video, direct marketing, radio, and other media. This is an in-office position working in the corporate office in Aurora, NE.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead marketing efforts for assigned business lines, including campaign strategy, planning, and execution aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing projects on time by collaborating with marketing, sales, and business line teams to develop and deliver materials.
  • Research and analyze customer personas, market trends, competitors, and SEO insights to inform content and campaign strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance, including ROI and KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Utilize CRM, project management, and creative tools to produce high-quality marketing materials while maintaining attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication across teams and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred or 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • Experience coordinating and organizing large projects.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and project management software tools, Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
