* Position summary: Responsible for developing, implementing and executing sales strategies to bring captioning services to individuals with hearing loss, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
Essential functions:• Collaborate with department management to define phone placement goals, targets, and objectives aligned with overall business strategy. Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to reach new markets in support of customers with hearing loss, expand the existing customer base, and increase market share.
• Execute strategies that establish and build high-level business relationships with target organizations/companies resulting in adoption of Company products/services in support of their constituents with hearing loss.
• Submit weekly goals and report results demonstrating successful progression.
• Evaluate market research and analysis to identify opportunities to serve individuals who experience hearing loss, trends, and competitive threats. Assess market dynamics and industry developments to inform sales strategy formulation and decision-making.
• Evaluate and work to optimize the sales process, from lead generation to placement, to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion rates. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline workflows that realize cost savings and improve sales performance.
• Segment the target market based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors to tailor sales approaches and messaging to specific customer segments. Working with customer personas and profiles to best understand customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with department management to develop placement forecasts, projections, and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Monitor sales performance against targets and budgets, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Assist Marketing in the development of materials/collateral, tools, resources, and training needed to effectively present products or services. Participate in and/or lead training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with department management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, effectiveness, and ROI. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to department management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, accounting, and operations, to align strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless execution and integration of sales initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, strategies, and outcomes with an eye toward cost effectiveness.

Preferred education, experience, and skills:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, sales strategy, business development, or sales management roles.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting techniques.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
