Hamilton Relay has a full-time opportunity available for a Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will be responsible for leading and managing Hamilton Relay’s Outreach, Marketing and Sales programs and teams. Will oversee the development and execution of effective sales and marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the Company’s business objectives. This is a remote position and is not eligible to be performed in CA, CO, or NY.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3-5 years in leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, public relations, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
• Direct work experience with a Telecommunications Relay Service preferred.
• Communicates fluently through the use of American Sign Language and written English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, experience with CRM platforms and technology awareness.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability and willingness to travel alone.
